How long does it take to make a Neon sign?

Once you have purchased your design and approved the proof with our team, we'll get started on making your sign!
The time it takes to create your sign depends on two factors: where you are located, and whether you selected standard or express shipping at checkout.
Standard orders are normally delivered in:
- 2-4 weeks from proof approval date (USA, Canada, UK, Europe)
- 3-5 weeks from proof approval date (Australia + New Zealand + Other)
Express orders are normally delivered in:
- 10-15 days from proof approval date (USA, Canada, UK, Europe)
- 10-20 days from proof approval date (Australia + New Zealand + Other)
We understand a lot of our signs are used at important events. If you do have an event date and have selected the relevant shipping option, email us your event date after purchase on hello@sketchandetch.co so we can be sure to make the production team aware of this date. We’re so committed to getting your sign to you in time for your big event, that we also offer a 100% money back guarantee in the (super rare!) case that your Neon sign does not arrive in time for your event. Plus, you’ll get to keep your Neon. How good is that?!
To be eligible for the 100% Money Back Guarantee on Delivery, you must:
- Inform us of your event date after ordering & paying for your Neon and before approving your proof (if you don’t tell us, we don’t know!) If we can accommodate, we will confirm at this point. If not, you will be able to cancel your order for a full refund or proceed with the chance that the Neon might not arrive by your event and we will not be able to refund it if it doesn’t.
- The date you require the sign must be more than 5 days after the average delivery time frame. E.g. If you choose 10-15 days, the date you require the sign must be at least 5 days after 15 days. In this example, 20 days. Remember, these days are from the date you approve your proof, not your order date.
Need it sooner? We can produce your neon sign within 10-15 days! Please remember to select our express option at check-out. We will push this job to the top of our production queue, and an additional Rush Service Fee will be added to your order.
